For Robin's alleged crime, he's sent to rehabilitation camp. Even if he was innocent when he was caught and sentenced, this cage is his life now, and the plucky young man has to make the best of the situation. Through whispers and passed notes, he forges an illicit friendship with his fellow inmate.
AJ has long since given up hope of getting rescued. He can only hope his spirit won’t break like the other prisoners’. As the desperate omega fights to maintain his sanity, the stolen moments with Robin become the bright spot in his life. Except as time goes by, both of them begin to wonder if they’re actually being rehabilitated - or if they’re here for more ambiguous reasons.
Will Robin and AJ make it out of the “camp” alive? And if they do, will two omegas be allowed to live together as mates?
(Omega Mates is a 220-page standalone gay romance novel featuring loveable omegas, cruel villains, and a double male pregnancy - happily ever after guaranteed!)

A short read, not as much detail as I would have liked. Story started strong. Answers to problems seemed to come too easily. The two main characters - AJ and Robin - came across as inter-changeables. Their 'voices' seemed the same, no distinct personalities.
Still, the book was a nice light read. Not a literary masterpiece but not that bad either.

Omega Mates edition by Maisie Stone Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews
This is a unique story of an omega/omega mating. It is filled with intrigue, adventure, family and love. I have never read a shifter book that involved an omega and omega bond but I absolutely loved it. AJ and Robin are made for each other and find love in the worst possible situation, overcoming many hardships to be together. Read it. You will not be sorry that you did.
Robin and AJ are omega's from different packs. They have been sent to a rehabilitation camp for omega's who need to be retrained. But the camp is not what it appears to be. But while locked in cages they become friends and as time progresses their relationship grows. But no one has seen a pair of omegas they mate with alphas or possibly betas. Will they be able to escape to make their relationship real and let the packs know the truth about the camp? This is a unique story of omega love and what 2 omegas can do when they work together!
Omega Mates is a vastly different take on the shifter and omega tropes. It is the first I have read with an omega/omega bond and I liked the change of pace. The story was heartbreaking at times (that rehabilitation camp, gah!), but the relationship between Robin and AJ is also quite sweet. I liked the story quite a bit, but I do think certain parts could have used more detail and the end was somewhat rushed - but enjoyable! I hope this ends up as a series, because I would love to see more about what happened after they take the camp down and how a certain human met his mate!
Omega Mates
This story was definitely a cute one. Two omegas sent to a "camp" disguised as a rehabilitation center but in reality is a prison. Their relationship is so sweet though it will give you a tooth ache! There was a few things that irked me, like how everyone turned a blind eye to what happened in the camp until it was bluntly pointed out. I mean you can't be oblivious to humans/shifters being shoved in cages for month on end?
Nonetheless, it was still a pretty good read and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a hot story filled with fluff!
The loneliness and desperation and insanity that radiate from the first few pages were so sad to read. Omega's are "rehabilitated', sent to what is supposed to be a camp to 'help' them learn to be proper and complacent once again, as is the omega way. However, what truly awaits these omegas sent to this "rehabilitation camp" is an unspeakable horror.
When Robin is wrongfully accused and found guilty, he learns first hand what monsters live in the dark. Caged like a science lab animal, he's kept in complete darkness in what can only be described as sensory deprivation torture. But in this complete darkness he makes the unlikeliest of friends in the form of the voice of the other unfortunate caged omega above him.
AJ has been in his dark cage for what seems like forever. When at the point of breaking, suddenly a small light is inflamed in him in the form of the newest prisoner, Robin. Soon, the two seek sanity and the only semblance of happiness they can achieve, in each other. As the days of darkness pass them by, Robin soon learns first hand what this "rehabilitation" is truly all about. But will his newfound will to fight be enough to get him an AJ out of the camp? Or will they be swallowed up by the never ending darkness of the camps?
I liked this book so much!
The end was kind of summarized and went by too fast for my complete liking but I still enjoyed the story as a whole. So happy that in the end they found what they needed was in each other. Despite what the rest of the world thought about their bond.
Also, I was so happy that the one other person who was trapped with them, was able to find their way to them at the end and really, REALLY hope he gets his own book!!
That quip about "...but that's a story for another time." or whatnot, I hope it comes to fruition because I really want to see him get his happy ending too!!! haha~
A new twist on the M/M pregnancy theme. A strange beginning but a bond is forming between omegas Robin and AJ. Both of these omegas find themselves in a "rehabilitation camp" specifically designed for omegas. But what this place really is a terrifying place where omegas are sent by their alphas to be sold for profit. This is the story of how two omegas find the courage to fight against this tyranny, fight for their mutual love, and live together forever. This is a truly unique story with a theme never approached before. Robin and AJ's struggles will pull at any reader's heart strings. I have willingly expressed my opinions in this review and have given the same voluntarily.
The fact that both Robin and AJ were omega and the romance was about them was a unique idea and that attracted me at first. Then, as I continued to read the Omega Rehabilitation Camp kept me interested. Good read and loved the HEA.
